I have found out that if you read how to play the game the hints on how to get a high score is in there. The podium is the key yo the more active levels. Flo also gives you hints as to what to do and not to do before you begin the next level. This is one of my favorite games and I cant even use it. It needs to support more "operating systems" -- such as Windows 7. I like the variety of customers and all the upgrades I get to buy between shifts.
